What do I need for my Trial Class?

If you have a pair of the correct dance shoes, of course bring those. If you don't own anything dance related, we just recommend wearing something comfortable as no dance apparel is needed for the trial class. A water bottle is recommended.

Once you sign-up for a class, then we can figure out what you need!

Where do I go for my trial class?

That's easy! Once you arrive at our studio, go to our front desk where we'll help you get situated for your trial class. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the trial class.

How does Tuition Work?

It's simple! Our tuition is broke up into seasons and sessions. We have two seasons: A fall/winter/spring season and a summer season. How long are sessions: Sessions are 4 weeks long How many sessions are in a season: For our fall/winter/spring seasons there are 10 sessions while in our summer season there are 2 sessions. When is my tuition due: Before the start of each session. It will be $99 per 60/min class.

Is there a ever a bad time to enroll?

Absolutely not! You can join a class at any time of the year. Keep in mind, if you want to be in recitals, here are the recommended months to join: -Christmas Recital -> Join in Mid-September-Spring Recital -> Join in Early February

Do you have a recital?

We have two recitals throughout the year. A Spring Recital that takes place in June and a Christmas Recital that takes place in December. Every student is welcome to join each recital.

What Class Should I Join?

Mirror Image offers a great range of classes from tap, ballet, jazz, and praise classes. Depending on the age, are classes are at different levels and combinations.

For ages 2 1/2-3.5 years old we offer a lil' angels class which incorporates tap and ballet and skill learning activities.

For students ages 3-5 and 4-6, we offer a BTJ 3-5 and a BTJ 4-6 class. This class incorporates all of ballet, tap, and jazz to familiarize your child with what type of dance they like. If your child is ages 4 or 5, we recommend starting in the BTJ 3-5 class. They can always move up at no extra charge.

For ages 6-8, we separate Ballet, Tap, and Jazz classes up so your child can focus more on one type of dance. There are two types of levels for each type, Level I and level II. You must begin in a level I class.

For ages 8+, we offer ballet, tap, and jazz classes again just with students of the same age. These classes range from Level I to Level III.

Mirror Image also offers FREE praise class which incorporates both dance and Christian values into one. Students 5-8 can join this class.

What do I need for my class?

For all classes, the correct shoes are needed. We sell these in store and online and will be more than happy to help.

For Lil' Angels: Tap and Ballet Shoes
For BTJ 3-5 and 4-6: Ballet and Tap Shoes
Beginner Tap Levels: Tap Shoes
Tap II+: Jazz/Tap Shoes
Beginner Ballet Class- Ballet Shoes
Ballet II+- Split Sole Ballet Shoes (if adult size)

Leotards are not sold in store but can be purchased from any store such as Target. Must be worn for all classes.

Tights are also sold in store or online and required for all classes also.

How can I enroll in a class?

It's simple! You can enroll by phone, in-store or online! Simply head to our website, click customer log-in if you have been enrolled before or have had a trial class. From there you can enroll in any class you want!

How do I use the online portal?

Accepted Answer

It's simple! If you've had a trial class with us before or have been enrolled at Mirror Image before, you automatically have an account with us. Visit mirrorimagedance.net, click "Customer Log-in" at the top, and enter your information. If you don't know your password, simply click " Forgot Password, " and a reset link will be sent to your email. If you don't know what email you chose, it will be the email you have given us for the trial class. What is the online portal used for?It can be used to pay tuition or to enroll in classes.
