Yes! Please do not sign up for the show if your dancer is unable to be at the mandatory dress rehearsal. The closed dress rehearsal is on Saturday, December 6th at Wheeler High School. Details about rehearsal are to follow closer to recital.
When is Dress Rehearsal?
We split the classes up based on age level and what show they're in. A schedule containing your child's rehearsal time will be posted shortly after recital sign-ups are due, but please plan on having the entire day booked with rehearsal.
You will drop off your dancer backstage 30 minutes before the show. 30 minutes before show start is also the same time ticket checking begins to allow admission into our auditorium-this way you can find your seat right after dropping your child off. Dancers Remain backstage with our team moms for the entire show and will take a bow in the finale. Our AMAZING AND TRAINED performing company team moms will get them on stage for their number and help them with any complications that may occur. If your dancer is in BOTH shows, you will bring a lunch to enjoy with them in between the two shows and then send them backstage for the second show.
Please Note: Backstage is a private area. No Parents are allowed backstage at anytime unless instructed. Failure to adhere to our policy may result in tickets being voided or removal from the recital.
Remember: Mirror Image Dance Academy has been handling kids backstage for almost 25 years with absolutely no issues ever! If any issues occur that is beyond trained and experienced staff, be assured that your contact info is at hand and you will be contacted immediately.
Every class at Mirror Image will do a dance in the recital, and every student enrolled is welcome to participate!
Forms and payment can be found at the front desk-we're more to help you get your students signed up!
